Thesis- Political Turmoil in Venezuela
The violence and protests throughout Venezuela are happening due to the government censoring and neglecting its people, and the international community should step in to help the citizens before major damage is done to the country.
If your sources support your argument, then I think it will be a sufficient thesis. Also, I think the comma between people and and is not needed, since you only have those two ideas.
So will your essay will be a problem/solution based essay? Otherwise it's a well thought thesis sentence.

ReplyDeleteBe sure to include something about the socio-historic context of these events in Venezuela. Also, specify when these protests began.
